1 mango, unripe
2 Lushious red chilies
20g ikan bilis, fried
1 tbsp ground peanuts, fried
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsbp lime juice
50g Lushious iceberg lettuce
pinch of salt
Slice mango, shallots and red chilies thinly.
Toss together with fish sauce, lime juice, salt and bed it on iceberg lettuce.
Sprinkle ikan bilis and peanuts on top. Serve immediately.
